While Gary and I were traveling to a gig last month, I was absolutely startled and amazed by the Monarch Butterflies who traveled just above the highway, crossing over it, on their migration route. Monarch asleep – Haiku

The other day, a Monarch was resting on one of my little pine trees. She gently fluttered her wings, then laid them open, then appeared to have slept.
